Refund policy

Digital products: all sales final

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds once a download link has been issued.

We'll make it right if something goes wrong

If a file is damaged, won't open, or you never received your download link, email admin@thebundleshelf.tagaytay.com.ph within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send a working copy, or refund your purchase if we can't fix the problem.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same bundle twice, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
